Hudson River
From its start as a crystalline stream rushing through magnificent Adirondack scenery to its entrance into New York Harbor as an estuary alive with striped bass, blue crabs , and even seahorses, the Hudson possesses an abundant and diverse array of natural resources.
The Hudson is home to many boat launches. Here are just a few:

Saratoga Springs History of Thoroughbred racing is told through a superb collection of equine art, trophies of past wins, magnificent silks and racing memorabilia.
Saratoga Lake
Saratoga Lake is best known for sailing, rowing, outstanding bass fishing, waterskiing, ice fishing, and boating. There is a public boat launch at the north end of the Lake as well as several private marinas.
Saratoga Lake is also 8 1/2 miles long and as much as 1 1/2 miles wide. The main body of the Lake is 4 1/2 miles long and necks down another 4 miles into a stretch about 1/8 mile wide called Fish Creek. The deepest spot is 96 feet.
Saratoga Lake is located just approx. 4 miles North on Lake Road (County Route 76) or 4 miles southeast of the City of Saratoga Springs.

Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Saratoga Springs
Summertime cultural and entertainment venue features performances in a sheltered amphitheatre or "under the stars." The Center is the summer home of the New York City Ballet and the Philadelphia Orchestra.
