Village Zoning
The Village of Stillwater is currently in the process of adopting Zoning for the first time. The Village Trustees have appointed a Zoning Commission. The role of the Zoning Commission is to prepare, for the Village Trustees, draft zoning regulations and a draft zoning map based upon carefully study and public input.
The Zoning Commission facilitated its first public workshop on December 5, 2006. The purpose of the workshop was to introduce the Zoning Map, District Intent, and Schedule of Uses to the public for discussion and comment. On March 6th, a Public Hearing was held and the Draft Zoning Law was unveiled to the public. The documents below include all documents presented at that meeting with Addendums.
