Aquifer Protection Law

This Local Law is adopted under authority of Section 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York. This law us intended to assist in the preservation of the public health, safety, and general welfare of the residents of the Village and to facilitate the adequate provision of water through the elimination or prevention of groundwater contamination of the aquifer and wells which supply public drinking water. |
