The Office of Fiscal Management is responsible for the financial affairs of the Town of Stillwater. This office oversees the expenditures as well as the revenues in the Town. Payroll is done in house as well as all accounts payable. This office has been recently moved to the back corner office once staffed by Assemblyman Roy McDonald. Beth Miller-Dicerce has recently taken over the position of Director of Fiscal Management. This office works closely with the Supervisor and all other Department heads in maintaining fiscal integrity and accountability.
