Marriage Licenses
A marriage license is good for 60 days, but the latest you may obtain one is 24 hours before the ceremony. Birth Certificates are required and also required is divorce papers, if applicable.

Birth Certificate
Death Certificate
You must be the spouse, parent or child of the decedent. If not a lawful right or claim must be documented. An example of a lawful right or claim would be a death record needed by the applicant to claim a benefit. Documentation would consist of a copy of a court order or an official letter verifying that a copy of therequested death record is required from the applicant in order to process a claim.

Unspayed & Unneutered Dogs:$13.00
Spayed & Neutered Dogs:$5.00
The Local Fee of $2.50 is waived for all seniors 65 or older. Proof is required.To obtain a dog license, please bring proof of rabies and proof of spaying and neutering, if applicable.
Conservation Licenses
If you wish to purchase a hunting, big game, bow hunting or trapping license, please bring Sportsman Education Certificate or an old license with the stamp number on it. Seniors 65 and over may obtain a Senior License for $5.00.
Certificate of Residency (download application)*
Proof or residency needed- Something from one year ago and something within 30 days. Both proofs must have Name, Physical Address (No PO Box #), and Date.
