THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THE Saratoga Economic Development Corporation

The vision of the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation (SEDC) is "to create a beautiful, secluded, environmentally friendly location in which people can work and recreate in a forest setting."

The Luther Forest Technology Campus is designed to look and feel more like a college campus than a traditional industrial park, much in the same way as the State Farm campus. The figures below are approximate, and will probably change as we receive input from members of the community and elected officials.

The Luther Forest Technology Campus will allow your communities to take a site, which has been used for industrial purposes for years, and shape the future use of this tremendous asset in accordance with the respective master plans of the Towns of Malta and Stillwater.

SEDC is confident that by working with residents and their representatives in an open, constructive manner, we will create a facility, which will enhance in a significant way your community and improve the quality of life in Malta and Stillwater.

Over the next weeks and months, we look forward to hearing from you and meeting with you about the proposed Luther Forest Technology Campus. We have listed some important facts about the proposed Luther Forest Technology Campus.

If you have questions or comments about the proposal, we urge you to contact the SEDC at (518) 587-0945 or go to their website at
